Refund policy
We offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If your item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund. Products that have been opened, used, or are not returned in their original condition may only be eligible for a partial refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the circumstances and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
