Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days of 
order placement. Once processed, your order will be handed to our 
shipping partner for delivery.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of 
high demand, promotional events, or due to operational constraints 
outside of our control.

Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Combined with processing time, your order will typically arrive 
within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Partners & Tracking
We ship via FedEx and other major carriers. Once your order has been 
dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking 
information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to 
appear after dispatch.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays 
may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

- Carrier disruptions or capacity issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Global supply chain disruptions
- High order volumes

In such cases, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your 
patience should this occur.

Extended Delivery Circumstances
In rare circumstances where additional time is required to fulfil an 
order, we reserve the right to extend delivery timelines. If a 
significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you via email with 
an updated estimate.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are 
not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or 
incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you 
notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately 
at Rosie@mylulla.com — we cannot guarantee changes can be made 
once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not 
received it, please contact your local FedEx facility first, then 
reach out to us at Rosie@mylulla.com. We will do our best to assist 
but are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address 
provided at checkout.
